§ Mr. CHURCHILLI have no official information with regard to the first part of the Noble Lord's question. A commissioner will be appointed to represent His Majesty's Government at the forthcoming Agricultural and Railway Exhibitions at Buenos Aires in 1910. As regards other exhibitions, I can give no general answer. Each case will be dealt with on its merits.
