G. Drury, upon the inquiry into the subject of constituting Earby a separate urban district; and whether he can now say what is the nature of his award?
§ Mr. BURNSI propose to issue an Order confirming, subject to certain modifications, the order of the county council in the matter referred to. I sent a draft of the Confirming Order to the county council on the 20th August, and have since been in communication with them regarding it.
