Mr. BARRYThe Estates Commissioners assume that the question refers to the estate of Robert A. C. Montague, Portstewart, county Londonderry. The purchase agreements in that case were lodged in February, 1906. The estate has not yet been dealt with, as it has not been reached in its order of priority.
