§ Mr. WARDLEasked the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been called to the practice commonly in vogue on the Midland Railway of coupling two goods trains together irrespective of their length or the nature of the load; and whether, in view of the danger to life and limb connected with this practice, he will make representations to the company with a view to the discontinuance of the practice?
