§ Mr. CHERRYThe reply to the first paragraph of the question is in the affirmative. the rule of last year was withdrawn because it was considered that insufficient notice OT it had been given to the schools concerned. This ground for suspending the operation of the rule no longer exists. The present rule only applies to the examinations of 1910.
