§ Mr. JOHN MURPHYasked the Chief Secretary whether the Golby estate, county 1473W Kerry, is now before the Estates Commissioners, and has been vested in them; whether the Commissioners are aware that nine of the tenants on it have refused to purchase on the conditions offered; and whether the Commissioners will make inquiries as to the objections of these tenants?
§ Mr. CHERRYProceedings for the purchase of this estate were instituted before the Estates Commissioners in October, 1908, when agreements for purchase by 16 tenants on the estate were lodged. When the estate is being inspected in its order of priority inquiry will be made as to any tenants who have not signed purchase agreements.
