§ Mr. BURNSThe County Councils Association communicated with me with regard to my receiving a deputation as to this matter, but I did not think it necessary to do this. As I have intimated in reply to previous questions, I am prepared to consider the representations made to me by any county council with regard to the circumstances of their particular case.
