HC Deb 19 May 1909 vol 5 c533W
Mr. THOMAS O'DONNELL

asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he will explain why the rules and programmes for the year 1910 of the Intermediate Education Board (Ireland), though laid upon the Table of the House on 3rd May, have not yet been distributed to Members; and whether he is aware that the last rules made by this Board were not distributed to Members until after the 40 days have elapsed?

Mr. BIRRELL

I am informed by the Stationery Office, who are responsible for the printing and circulation of the rules and programme, that they will be issued to-day. I am aware that there were some complaints of delay last year, and I therefore undertook to move for a printing order, and did so the day after the Rules were laid on the Table.
