STRACHEYThe policing of the fisheries off the coast of England and Wales, so far as trawling by foreign vessels within territorial waters is concerned, is under the supervision of the Board of Trade and the Admiralty. No restrictions 183W as to trawling apply to any extra territorial waters off the coast of England and Wales.
