§ Mr. STARKEYasked the President of the Local Government Board whether he is aware that a seizure of foreign imported meat has been made by the authorities at Grimsby, and that it included the tuberculous carcasses of pigs and other meat in a state of fermentation; and, seeing that some of the crates bore the guarantee of a foreign Government that the meat was sound and fit for human consumption, whether he will say what action he proposes to take?
