§ Mr. CHERRYMy right hon Friend the Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture informs me that the Department's lecturers and instructors do not recommend foreign fertilisers in preference to fertilisers produced in Ireland. The Department's instructions to their officers on this point are simply to recommend the cheapest manures consistent with quality and condition.
