§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that proceedings for the sale of this estate under the Irish Land Act, 1903, were only instituted on 30th October last. The estate will be dealt with by the Commissioners in its order of priority, but some considerable time must elapse before its turn comes.
