§ Mr. BELLAIRSasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether the money required for building German armoured vessels is voted in three instalments; if so, whether he can state what were the first instalments of each of the battleships and armoured cruisers respectively of 1905, 1906, 1907, 1908, and 1909; and 1398W what were the second and third instalments for the battleships of each of the above years for which the information is available?
Mr M'KENNA: Up to the present, the battleships have been paid for in four yearly instalments.
