Mr. SNOWDEN

asked the Secretary to the Treasury if he will state the number of boys clerks appointed in the years 1906, 1907, and 1908, and also the number of boy clerks and ex-boy clerks appointed during those years to appointments as Second Division, Excise and Customs, and assistant clerkships?
