§ Mr. BIRRELLThe purchase agreements in this case were only lodged in September last, and the Estates Commissioners have not sanctioned any advances. When the estate is being dealt with in its proper turn they will make inquiry as the evicted tenants. No purchase agreement signed by Lee has been lodged.
