§ Mr. BIRRELLThe Estates Commissioners inform me that purchase agreements applying for advances amounting to £4,626,900 were lodged up to 31st March last in direct sales in the county Limerick. Of this amount £1,172,078 was advanced up to that date. The average number of years' purchase is 21.4.
