§ Mr. HOBHOUSEAs regards the first part of the question, I may refer the hon. Member to the reply of my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 11th May last to a similar question by the Noble Lord, the Member for the Chorley Division of Lancashire. The reply to the second and third parts of the question is that, under the Vote for the Inland Revenue, sub-head E, provision is made for £12,000 as poundage to collectors in Ireland, and £51,500 as poundage to agents for foreign dividends, officials of railway companies, etc.
