§ Mr. RIDSDALEasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if certain certified dispensers are prevented from dispensing prescriptions containing poisons pending the promulgation of bye-laws for their registration by the Pharmaceutical Society; and, if this is so, whether he will use his influence to have these bye-laws issued at the earliest moment possible?
