§ Mr. HART-DAVIESasked the Under-Secretary for India whether his attention has been drawn to the case of Mr. Kershasp, of the Madras Civil Service, who has been reduced from his appointment of sub-collector of Guntur; whether he is aware that Mr. Kershasp was refused copies of the charges against him and of the deposition of the witnesses examined, and of the reports made by the collector and by the Hon. Mr. Horne, who was appointed by the Madras Government to investigate the case; and whether he will direct that copies of these documents shall be supplied to him?
