§ Mr. GINNELLasked the Chief Secretary if he will state the cases, within the ten years ending at the present date, in 996W which decisions of Irish local government auditors have been reversed or modified on appeal, with, in each case, the name of the accounting body, the amount involved in the disputed decision, the aggregate legal and other expenses, so far as known, of all the parties resulting from the decision and appeal, and by whom paid, and the name of the auditor, the name of the person on whose nomination or recommendation he was appointed, his salary, and any effect on his position in the service in consequence of his error?
