§ Mr. CHURCHILLThe Harbour Grants Committee was appointed on 8th June, 1899, since which date all applications for grants in aid of harbours in England and Wales and Scotland, which comply with certain preliminary conditions laid down for the administration of such grants, have been referred to them. The Committee reported in favour of grants in the cases mentioned in the question on the following dates:—Craster, 11th May, 1907; Pwllheli, 25th October, 1901, and 17th August, 1907; Newlyn, 12th August, 1907, and 10th May, 1909.
