§ Mr. SYDNEY BUXTONThe plans have been completed, and suitable arrangements have been made for retiring rooms. It is not the practice to incur expenditure for providing accommodation for private bicycles; but, where space is available, its use is readily conceded to the staff when this can be done without expense or inconvenience, and on the understanding that the space must be vacated when it is required for any other purpose.
