§ Mr. BIRRELLI understand that there are immediately adjacent to this farm some very small agricultural holdings on estates which the Congested Districts Board have hitherto failed to acquire. The Board are of opinion that these holdings should be enlarged, and they have therefore decided to retain this farm in their hands until they are in a position to acquire the adjoining estates.
