Her Majesty having appointed this day to review the Fleet at Spithead, and having graciously disposed a steam-frigate for the accommodation of the Members of the House of Commons, the House appointed to meet at the unusual hour of Ten o'clock p.m.: but a sufficient number of Members to form a House not having returned at that hour, Mr. Speaker did not take the Chair until half-past Eleven o'clock p.m.
