§ Petition of Henry FitzWalter Plumptre of Goodnestone Park, Canterbury, in the County of Kent, claiming to be Baron FitzWalter in the Peerage of England or in the alternative a co-heir to the Barony of FitzWalter, to His Majesty, praying that His Majesty will be graciously pleased to direct the issue of a Writ of Summons to His Majesty's High Court of Parliament addressed to the Petitioner in the said Barony of FitzWalter, and if, and so far as it may be necessary, that His Majesty will be graciously pleased thereby to determine in favour of the said Henry FitzWalter Plumptre the Petitioner, the abeyance if any abeyane exists: together with His Majesty's reference thereof to this House and the report of the Attorney-General thereon thereunto annexed: Presented (by Command): read, and referred to the Committee for Privileges to consider and report.
