§ Baroness Scotland of Asthalrose to move, that this House do not insist on its Amendments Nos. 27, 31 and 32 in respect of which the Commons have insisted on their disagreement, and do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 27C, 27D and 32D in lieu thereof.
The noble Baroness said: My Lords, my noble and learned friend the Lord Chancellor has already addressed the constitutional issues that arise in relation to this amendment. I beg to move.
