§ Lord FilkinMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 3. Commons Amendments Nos. 3 to 23 update the Bill in light of the fact that the framework decision on freezing orders has now been agreed. Therefore, the amendments try to ensure that the primary Act is as accessible for its users as possible by making it as up to date as possible.
