§ Lord FilkinMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 2.I shall seek to respond to the spirit of the House by being succinct. This amendment would insert "or customs officer" to ensure that customs officers in Scotland have the same powers regarding warrants as they do in England and Wales, and no more than that. I commend Commons Amendment No. 2 to the House.
