My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 145. Amendments Nos. 145, 157 to 159, 166, 174, 175, 186, 228, 229 and 232 are all drafting and technical amendments. Amendment No. 145 is a technical change. Amendments Nos. 157 and 158 are drafting amendments. Amendment No. 159 is a necessary amendment to the Magistrates' Courts Act which has been identified in consultation with the Law Commission. Amendment No. 166 is an amendment to Section 37(8) of the Mental Health Act, also identified in the consultation. Amendment No. 174 is a minor technical change consequential on paragraph 43(2) of Schedule 7 to the Bill. Amendment No. 175 refers to the repeal by the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997 of Section 34 of the Criminal Justice Act 1991. Amendment No. 186 amends paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994. Amendment No. 228 corrects a minor drafting error. Amendment No. 229 is consequential to Amendment No. 41. Amendment No. 232 is a repeal consequential on Amendment No. 159.
