§ 97 Clause 113, leave out Clause 113
§ Baroness BlatchMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 97. At the same time, I should like to speak also to Commons Amendments Nos. 98 and 99.
During our consideration of the Bill on Report, I gave the House notice that the Government intended to bring forward amendments along the lines of these Commons amendments in order to ensure that information now provided to regulatory bodies, and others who need it, can continue to be provided.
