My Lords, I understand that no amendments have been set down to this consolidation Bill or to the other two consolidation Bills standing in my name on the Order Paper and that no noble Lord has indicated a wish to move a manuscript amendment or to speak in Committee on recommitment. Therefore, unless any noble Lord objects, I shall move in each case that the order of recommitment be discharged. I beg to move in respect of this Bill that the order of recommitment be discharged.
