§ 202 Schedule 17, page 132, line 7, leave out from '(1)' to end of line 10 and insert 'Except as provided by section 287 of the planning Act (proceedings for questioning validity of development plans) as applied by this paragraph, the validity of—

(a) a modified plan, or
(b) any alteration made to or replacement of a local plan, a minerals local plan, a waste local plan or a structure plan under Part III of Schedule 5,

whether before or after the plan, alteration or replacement has been approved or adopted, shall not be questioned in any legal proceedings.'.

§ 204 Page 132, line 14, leave out 'alterations made to' and insert 'any alteration made to or replacement of.
