§ Lord HeskethMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Report stage of the Housing and Urban Development Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Third Reading of the Protection of Animals (Scotland) Bill and the Insurance Companies (Cancellation) Regulations 1993 will be taken.
