My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m., my noble friend Lord Caithness will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the Channel Tunnel rail link.

I t may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the Housing and Urban Development Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Official Secrets Act 1989 (Prescription) (Amendment) Order 1993 will be taken.
