My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House for me to outline the procedure to be adopted on the debate on the Motions relating to Hong Kong which will be taken after the Committee stage of the Railways Bill and the Third Reading of the Sexual Offences Bill. The Motions standing in the name of my noble friend Lord Ferrers and in the name of the noble Lord, Lord Bonham-Carter, will be debated together. The order of speakers is set out on the list which has been made available to your Lordships.
