My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the Railways Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. and that during this adjournment, the Report stage and, subject to your Lordships' agreement to the Motion which is about to be moved by my noble friend the Leader of the House, the Third Reading of the Bail (Amendment) Bill and the one-hour Unstarred Question in the name of the noble Earl, Lord Russell, will be taken. Following the recent agreement by the House to this new procedure of time-limiting dinner break Unstarred Questions, no speech on the Question should exceed 12 minutes in length.
