My Lords, at a convenient moment my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on Royal taxation.

It may be for the convenience of the House to know that the Committee stage of the Asylum and Immigration Appeals Bill will be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment a Prayer to annul the Social Security Benefits (Amendments Consequential upon the Introduction of Community Care) Regulations 1992 will be taken.
