My Lords, I beg to move the Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That, in the event of the Tribunals and Inquiries Bill [H.L.], the Protection of Badgers Bill [H.L.] and the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Bill [H.L.] being read a second time, notwithstanding Standing Order 49, the Bills be not referred to the Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills.—(The Lord Chancellor.)

On Question, Motion agreed to, and it was ordered that a message be sent to the Commons to seek their agreement thereto.
