Baroness Brigstocke

My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill do now pass.

Moved, That the Bill do now pass.—(Baroness Brigstocke.)

Baroness Phillips

My Lords, perhaps I may take the opportunity to congratulate the noble Baroness on this excellent Bill. I wish it well. I could not be present for the Second Reading debate, because it took place rather late at night. But this is a splendid effort. I know that the noble Baroness cares very much about such matters.

On Question, Bill passed, and sent to the Commons.
