§ The Chairman of Committees
My Lords, I beg to move the third Motion standing in my name on the Order Paper. This is a hybrid Bill and therefore goes to a Select Committee. The names recommended by the Committee of Selection are shown on the Order Paper.

§ Moved, That as proposed by the Committee of Selection the following Lords be named of the Select Committee to consider the Bill—
