My Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House to know that, subject to the progress of business, the Committee stage of the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Bill may be adjourned at about 7 p.m. for about an hour. In that event, the Second Reading of the Crofter Forestry (Scotland) Bill will be taken in the break.
