My Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lord Belstead will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on Northern Ireland: political talks. It may be for the convenience of the House to know that, subject to the progress of business, the Committee stage of the Criminal Justice Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for approximately one hour and that during the adjournment the Second Reading of the Darlington Borough Council Bill will be taken.
