§ The Lord ChancellorMy Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 104 and 105. As far as these amendments are concerned they provide for a range of transitional measures and consequential amendments to be made by order by the Secretary of State, the Lord Chancellor, the Lord Advocate or by some of them jointly according to the circumstances. As I explained earlier, the transitional arrangements are likely to be quite complicated. I sought to explain that before. That is why Amendment No. 106 is fairly complicated and comprehensive. However, we shall deal with that in a little more detail in a moment.
§ Moved, That the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 104 and 105.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
