226 Schedule 6, page 93, line 11, at end insert: '. In subsection (1) of section 109 (cancellation of certificate of registration of club) after the word "being" there shall be inserted the words "or has been, at any time during the currency of the certificate of registration,".'.

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 226. The existing wording of the section limits a competent objection to the renewal of a club registration certificate to grounds relating to existing club mismanagement.
