My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 87 and 88 en bloc. They are technical amendments to ensure that sums repaid by the board shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.

My Lords, I understood that the amendments provided that conditions could be put down relating to repayment and that that was the reason for them. If I am wrong I bow to the noble and learned Lord.

My Lords, part of the reason for the amendments is that conditions as to repayment should be included and that the proceeds should be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
