§ Lord Stoddart of SwindonMy Lords, I wish to raise a point about privileges. It is no privilege to sit on this particular bench because there is a roaring cold draught—
§ Lord Stoddart of SwindonMy Lords, in spite of the fact that many complaints have been made, nothing has been done. In order that we may become a little more privileged will the Chairman of Committees make representations to the authorities to ensure that the problem is dealt with and that we may have a little warmth?
§ The Chairman of CommitteesMy Lords, the question is a little wide of the Motion, and I know that the situation is a good deal worse for those who wear skirts, but I shall look into the matter.
§ Baroness Hollis of HeighamHow do you know?
§ On Question, Motion agreed to.
