My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendment No. 1. I refer now to the other list of amendments and speak also to Amendments Nos. 2 to 4. These amendments are all minor drafting corrections apart from, in this case, Amendment No. 4 which removes the privilege amendment. Again, with your Lordships' leave, I shall later move Amendments Nos. 2 to 4 en bloc.
