§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, at a convenient moment after 3.30 this afternoon my noble friend the Leader of the House will, with the leave of the House, repeat a Statement that is to be made in another place on the informal European Council Meeting in Dublin.
It may be for the convenience of the House if I announce that the Committee stage of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Bill will be adjourned at about 7.30 p.m. for about one hour and that during this adjournment the Northern Ireland (Emergency Provisions) Act 1978 (Amendment) Order 1990 will be taken.
