§ Lord DenhamMy Lords, I have to notify the House that His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, having been informed of the purport of the Local Government and Housing Bill, has consented to place his interest as Duke of Cornwall, so far as it is affected by the Bill, at the disposal of Parliament for the purposes of the Bill.
