415 Page 120, line 26, column 3, at end insert—

'Section 53(3).'.

My Lords, I beg to move that the House do agree with the Commons in their Amendments Nos. 414 and 415. In moving these amendments, I should like to speak also to Amendments Nos. 417 to 419, 421, 422, 426, 428 to 431, 437 and 439 to 445.

These amendments all repeal provisions in existing legislation consequential on the substantive provisions of the Bill.
